The presentation will describe a variety of medical affairs career opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry that scientists (PhDs) are qualified for but may not be aware of. Importantly, practical application tips and job hunting best practices will be shared based on the speaker's experience working and hiring at multiple global pharmaceutical companies in order to help you get hired in the industry.
"Your Future in Science" is a seminar series designed for graduate research assistants and postdoctoral research associates. Held the 3rd Thursday of every month from 12-1 pm in COMRB, YFIS covers topics about career exploration and different career options, professional skills needed for career success, and preparing for the job search.
